Welcome to Fair Weather Gardens PNW. I’m Tasha and I’m in the business of sowing happiness. The way I got here is a roundabout way. I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years where I’ve always made people feel better by serving them or just by lending an ear.
However, when the world shut down during the pandemic I could no longer go to work. As with most people when this happened I turned to my hobbies. One hobby that made me the happiest was growing flowers and vegetables. I spent hours out in my garden and I became obsessed with learning everything there was to know about it. I put in an irrigation system in my backyard. I set up a grow room in my house. I ordered all the things I needed and more like seeds, lighting, soil, and pots. I watched all possible Youtube channels and followed all the plant people on every kind of social media.
When the world started opening up again, I went back to work and I brought in my fresh cut flowers and veggie and plant starts to sell. That was such a wonderful feeling and I knew I just had to start my own plant business right then and there. That was 4 years ago.
Now, I’m ready to make the leap from the service industry to serving flowers! Please join me on this journey.
